I have successfully constructed a mold for a perfect De Laval nozzle !!!

I took a 38 mm wooden dowel , and drilled right through the center as best as I could.
I then jammed the drill bit in , and used the drillpress as a makeshift lathe....Worked really well ,the shape is there.
I've also cut it at the 'throat' , and re-lathed it smooth , so the mold comes apart.

I'll take my camera to work tomorrow and snap a shot.

Caveat :

I have only base knowledge of the supersonic compression dynamics of De Laval nozzles .
I didn't measure anything here .

It certainly "looks" like any De Laval nozzle I've ever seen , I'm sure it'll be a good start for a ping pong gun !
