So after all my ranting of electrical issues it all sourced from a plug that was inserted but no locked in place under the dash. So it was slowly wiggling loose. So finally fixed and no electrical issues anymore.
Probably didn't need a fuel pump or any of the other testing I did trying to track it down had i just found the plug would have been resolved a while ago.

Maybe it's just a Canadian thing that I picked up on during the launch, but IMO, NASA really shouldn't have allowed two astronauts named "Bob and Doug" to be on the same launch mission... or at the very least they should have sent out pressers trying to get folks to reverse the order of the names.
