update.i plugged the seasonic pcie 8 pin in to psu and put the meter on it the voltage readout of the titan rig is the same as the seasonic!! strange but correct yet according to that pinout chart it is not??- jtf2

thanks for replies so far!! there are no numbers on connectors right end cable is gpu side on both pix i noticed that the grey cable on gpu end junctions on the psu side as a white cable?? i have emailed titanrig asking for their techs to look at this,hopefully a reply early next week- jtf2

yes i understand which perspective it is from,the multimeter readings were as it shows-connector tab on the top still those voltage readings are backwards from what i see or is it just needed to have 3x positive and 1 negative not mattering which three pins- jtf2

Hello.I just took delivery of a sleeved 8 pin pcie cable from titan rig looks great,however need clarification about something 1st pic is of seasonic psu pinouts on the lower left of that pic they show gpu\pcie on the 8 pin pcie they show on bottom side of connector left to right black-grnd...- jtf2

Increase monitor refresh rate-icons gone
i have it now set to 1 monitor changed the refresh within the monitor and same thing icons disappear maybe will try move the icons before the refresh increase to the middle of the screen,not the bottom part of screen?? dp cable was the 1 that came with the monitor okay here was my fix onkyo...- jtf2

I have been playing around with my new 34 inch alienware,loving it btw!! When i increase the refresh rate from 100-105 even,the screen resets and the icons on the desktop have dissapeared Of course the taskbar resizes smaller but that i can fix do i need to somehow lock the icons in place on...- jtf2

thanks for replying. okay i left the 950 in the pcie adapter cause it played nice and booted the os put the 970 in the m2 mb slot.everything booted fine:clap: So i thought okay lets use samsung migration software.clone the drive and away we go. It was not working properly always an error right...- jtf2

okay small update this morning. i put the samsung 850 boot drive on the adapter card it booted fine it did not at first,but had to change a setting in bios regarding booting from pcie last thing to try is i will put the 970 in the m2 slot on the board,and see what happens wanna get this sorted...- jtf2

thnx for reply okay i will try a different slot i will try the 8x slot above gpu slot- is that safe?? bios is up to date nvme driver 3.1 is installed and thats the latest i think adapter has worked in the past on another board,and the bios does see the 970 in the boot sequence as a test i...- jtf2
