I got a D0!
System is up and running. No overclocking yet. May wait awhile before I do. With a few adjustments to bios f5 (nothing on the cpu settings) core 0 39c core 1 35c core 2 38c core 3 36c These temps are just with regular use (web browsing, burning dvd at the moment with dvd shrink). Will...- maddogatc

For those of you looking to buy D0's online...
I checked the Canada Computer's store in Hamilton and Infonic in Mississauga and neither had the D0 stepping as of Fri evening. Was in Waterloo on Sat and checked the Canada Computer's there and they did have the 920 D0 (SLBEJ). Looks like they had quite a few but did not check them all. $359...- maddogatc

I got a D0!
Canada Computers is now getting i7 920 with D0 stepping. Got one at their Waterloo store $359. Checked with the Hamilton store and Infonic in Mississauga and they had none.- maddogatc

Upgrade my trusty E6600 to what?
Well I think I will just go for the 4870 upgrade for now and save the cash for the major system overhaul later. In reality my system still suits my needs as I can run the newest games and apps. It's just so tempting to upgrade after using the same system for quite some time...but around...- maddogatc

Upgrade my trusty E6600 to what?
Well have not had any problems with it yet. It was a well rated modular power supply that's why I like it. Some of the new modular units are quite expensive. So if I don't have to replace it I won't. Rather wait till I upgrade to the i7 as I will probably replace most of my system then...- maddogatc

I have overclocked my trusty E6600 to 3.06 on an Asus P5B Deluxe motherboard. I have had this system for about 2.5 years, and am starting to get the upgrade itch.
