Heh, I would be tempted to if I knew what I was doing. Newbie Budget Gaming Advice
Thanks for all the help guys, I really appreciate it. I noticed on the NCIX.com site that they will build & test the system for 50$, which is great since I won't have to find someone to do it here (which would probably be more money). I did notice that the 64 bit version of windows is only 14$...- Myzrah

Oh it's not that I distrust that they're good parts, it's just for my own peace of mind. I prefer to pay a bit more and know exactly what I'm getting straight from the store. Ah, thanks. Ok, so I'll need the new OS then. On the video card, what's the difference between the 256MB and 512MB versions? If I could stretch the budget a bit, would it be worth it to get the 512MB one or is it more worth my money to just go with the 256MB one?- Myzrah

I do have my Windows XP disks from my old computer, and I recently got a laptop as a gift for school that came with the Windows Vista disks and stuff.
