rtx 3080 psu requirements
750W is doable, I've had a 3080 FTW3 + 3900X with a Seasonic TX750W for a while. No issues with gaming. Test it out first and go from there, I think that's what you want to hear.- ottoyu34

Do all your stress test, linx, memtest, etc. Swap your components, see if a friend can help you out. Reinstalling OS is not a new build.- ottoyu34

90* PCI-e Power adapters?
If it doesn't have to be 90 degrees, CC usually have some 6 or 8 pin extension if you need it quick. Amazon as well.- ottoyu34
