    I doubt it would fit AM5 so it would be similar to Framework and other mini-PC where the APU is soldered on. Question is what's with the RAM since Framework already said it couldn't get RAM to be slot mounted and have to be soldered on.

    Found out there are modified 4090 with 48GB of VRAM being sold in China. A quick look on eBay and I found the 4090D for $5K before tax and duty and 4090 for $6K. That's still cheaper than the markup on that 5090 sold. However, these are 2 slot blower style cards.

    Which impact are you referring to if I may ask. I know B580 have problem with older generation CPU as recent as AMD 5000 series. I wonder if QVS encoding is also impacted as I have been eyeing an old A350 single slot for my server.

    There is a R5 9600X mobo + memory bundle at CC for $500 before tax. Add a decent PSU that's another $100 and I would source the GPU and Case in the used market. I wonder if a RX5700XT would be able to handle those games or try to get a 3060Ti or 3070.
