ServeTheHome or someone else had a recent video on that one. Their biggest comment was how hot the drives get and causing crashing issues as a side result when doing transfers. Resorted to having hr-09 heatsink sticking off a drive with the cover off as a result to get it to work reliably.
Bought some cheap used bookshelves to help organize things as I go through the stuff that has been accumulating. However kinda wanted and extra set of shelves. So bought some melamine shelving from hardware store and actually had my not quite 12yo do a lot of the work. Hard her taking...
There isn't a lot of point in getting one online anymore unless your looking to software mod it. The process is easier if it is online.
Getting a dreamcast online was more difficult but atleast a few online servers still exist.
Antenna boost strength is also something to double check. At one point I accidently had 2.4Ghz set to max power and 5Ghz set to min power. Caused my phone to drop down to wifi 4 speeds depending on where I was in the house.
I had 6 NASes here at one point that i got from various sources. The 2 that survived the purge are both QNAPs and one will be rigged up as offsite backup.
Chances are if I was to go out and buy brand new I'd end up with asustor or ubiquiti NAS. Terramaster isn't one I have looked at.

This is basically what I was thinking. Once the rails are mounted it can slide on the plate and rated over 60lbs. Thought the total reach isn't listed.
Some devices are not great with mixed frequencies. Nintendo Wii for example cannot connect to a 2.4+5 band it has to be 2.4 only.
If you running a 2.4/5/6 combo or something else it might give you the best results to actually separate the frequencies out. 2.4ghz for just the Google devices, and...
April 11th 2024 was my last eletric bill where I owed money.
The solar panels went up late enough in the season I wasn't able to generate enough credit before winter kicked in.
I just got the April 2025 invoice today and I have a ($200) balance still and the panels are starting to generate...
The second one was about 12 rounds, first 8 or so were stand and deliver style (likely 9mm and on foot). last few rounds were running away firing backwards
The first thing that comes to mind with your description it a full range TV mount meant for a larger TV. This way comparatively it can handle the extended weight AND it's range of motion would seem huge compared to a pair of 34in monitors. 2 pieces of angle iron and a couple holes and would be...
There are a bunch of security companies here [Edmonton] but I wouldn't know what it is like to work for any of them. Had a relative work for one years ago but they have been removed from that category of work for a while.
But coming from Vancouver your going to hate Prairie winters in general...
Anything I would want to suggest such as a 011D Mini pretty much relies on SFX/SFX-XL instead of standard ATX PSUs. Not a lot of cases have been made tiny while still accommodating ATX MB+PSU.
Scratch that looks like 011 Air Mini supports ATX psu but the 011D Mini is the one that is limited.
I wonder if you would have been just better off with distributed parity in general. The dedicated parity drive is a bottleneck of sorts and I suspect will potentially suffer from advanced wear as well. That parity drive is being worked harder than any other drive in the system.
Your power on...
-Targeted drive by shooting
-Second shooting targeting same place
-break in
And it is only April... I don't need anything else showing up on the house cameras.
Doesn't even count the break in on the office cameras.
Typically that style of cooler if you get a second set of clips you can go push/pull. Also the ram side you can usually move up and down due to the clip designs. Means the one fan isn't sitting flush but would help with peak temperatures.
As for the fan ramping seems like you have the software...
actually last time I made potatoes I cheated. Scrubbed them clean with skin on, steamed them in a small instapot while I prepped panko breaded cutlets. Took them out and smashed them flat on a cookie sheet and dried them out a little in the oven, topped with cheese and green onions and the...
