The fact is that you can mark a package as a return/warranty replacement, and it will not be taxed. I've had MANY things returned to me in this manor.
But yeah, figured this would happen. Everyone is just gonna post against me.

I sent it back to have the battery replaced. It was. For free. Then they decided I needed to pay customs on a product I already purchased in Canada. Rather then marking it as a return like every other company in the known universe does.

Purchased a new Aero 15 laptop a few months back. RAM died a few weeks in. Ok... Replaced it on my own because I hate RMA's and don't have time to send it out ($230). Fast forward a few months, it no longer holds...
Just picked up a new 15" XPS 9560 to replace my 9360, so I no longer need it.
The 9360 is in mint condition, includes original boxes and charger. Also includes a soft sleeve. Warranty valid until Feb 22nd 2017, with the option to extend it still. Fresh windows install. Bought direct from Dell...
