Black screen of death
Total longshot here, but, I had a monitor slowly fail on me, blackscreens etc. I trouble shot the hell out of my components, swapped them out etc. Finally swapped out monitor, problem solved.🙄- stoanee

how do you keep your registry lean and mean for your processing machine?
I used Cccleaner for many years but for some reason a few years ago it borked my Win 10 desktop. It was a real pita to rebuild and fought me hard. It is no longer on my list of utilities to use.- stoanee

In my experience batteries start loosing their grunt past 6 years or so. The first indicators come up in the cold cold weather. -

Whats your latest purchase?
My wife's laptop died of motherboard failure so we are using my oldish msi laptop with a 5400/7200 spindle drive in it. Finally got tired of slow boot times etc so picked up a WD blue 1tb ssd drive to pop in. Should make a big difference. -
Car Dealer Lots Near Empty!
Small town Lacombe Alberta here, car lots are indeed empty. Wife was talking to salesman a few days ago who said availability is now number 1 issue, not price. -
Windows 11 impressions?
I have an older laptop that had win 10 insider and it has magically updated to win 11. Pretty sure it doesn't meet hardware requirements but..... Haven't had much time to muck around with it, pretty much been working every day since May. My desktop updated as well (4790k)- stoanee
