    i as well had this problem running win 10 pro , i had to compleatly format all6 drives and do a fresh reinmstall then it found all drives and gave them drive letters accoudinly ! and let me tell ya steve what a PIA it was lol

    nope i have to say besides intel not sending the confirmation email , they were really great easy rma i have ever done ,excewpt for the delay in the confirmation , but still stressfull when ever you are waiting on any thing from any one lol yupp pics will be tomm :)
