    Gskills are notorious for being very compatible with a variety of motherboard chipsets and board manufacturers even if the ram is not on their QVL. I believe you are good to go sir. It won't hurt to go into the bios and manually enter the voltage and timings.

    It looks like the ram auto voltage setting is overvolting your ram. Like 3.0 said, remove the auto setting and set it to manual. Set your ram voltage to 1.5V. Try it and see what happens.

    Your dram voltage is showing 1.665V. This is the incorrect voltage for that ram. You will have to set it manually to 1.5V. Your other bios screens are showing the specs and recommended timings but not the actual voltage.

    Does your motherboard have the latest bios? I remember I had a rig once with the same problem. It was constantly freezing no matter what I did evenwhen trying to install windows. I did a bios update and no more freezing.

    Good morning gents. I'm heading down to the Jersey Giant this morning before they open for business. My girlfriend is one of the cooks. This way I can arrange a seating area and make the reservation. I'll have a few pics, final details and list of who is coming in a different thread this evening.
