first check load of the fans using for some MB fan headers are low wattage if your fans excede that load will burn out fan header. check MB manual if has that info or contact MB support to find out what max load header can take
lets say 2 fans loads = 1.6 amps 19.2 watts
and MB header...
try another set of speakers, mite be that ones using voice coils are burnt will do that of what you desribed gurbled
hum: grounding issues with power source or bad input cable with no ground
feed back check sound properties .... uncheck playthrough speakers
whats the point of watercooling video cards if only actively doing GPU and forget about VR thats is the heart of video

re- trace the etched tracks on film around your T and E keys .
bet works for i'd done that a few times for spilling stuff on KB
eats the tracks. while doing this operation i kept contact film dry and separated from rest of KB...

I'd cut open a window on inlet and exit cover that matches your rad/fan shouding to window and use alu window screening an paint high glow black many thin coats after making screen coverings. you didn't say wood or metal case

and buy alu window screening cut window on intake and same for exit, enough to screw trim outer edge of screen to stay on cover an paint screen gloss black, thin layers per coat.
note intake air must be sealed to one side of rad/s and same with exit to other screen...
