    I have edited my post as you will not need to get new Thermal Pad as I had plenty of leftover when I installed my new waterblock on my new card. I will include the leftover which will be plenty for the job.

    Speaking from a Canada post standpoint ..... not everything is bound for duty collection. I'm not 100% sure but I think auto parts are exempt or at least partially exempt. I have had it happen as well getting a letter from FedEx for past duties as well. Sometimes the little sticker they affix...

    FedEx brokerage fees are $50.00 the last time I had a delivery from them that required duty. In comparison Canada Post is $10.00 I don't know what UPS or DHL charge .

    Thanks for the comments it has given me some room for thoughts. I have to think this over a bit. In some ways this deal actually too good to be true, or not I think my first buy will be just for myself to see how warranty will work as well as quality before I try to pass it along to others.
