MSI warranty - cover overclocking?
Most companies don't allow changing of the stock hsf. Best bet is to buy an aftermarket hsf but keep the stock one just in-case you need to RMA it.- xxsashixx

Depends if its worth it for you or not. I'd personally wouldn't since you stated you had no PCIe x4 slot, but really whats worth it for some people may not be for others. My 2 cents. -
Need new earbuds
I too used to have CX300s then I got Klipsch Image S4 myself, I'd have to say, they are amazing for the price. If you use the EQ, boost the bass a bit. IMO the lows are a tad lacking, but thats just me who loves bass :) I'm not too sure about the others as I haven't tried those yet.- xxsashixx
