Upgrading to SSD help
My recently order new SSD just arrived and I was wondering what the best way to get it up and running is. Its a 90gb Agility 3 and my current HDD has more 200+GB installed. I was thinking just going with a fresh install but I was wondering if there was an easier way?- Yeno

Replaced thermal paste, fan won't start
Its a Gateway M-series (can't remember the exact model number) with a T5750. How do you mean recheck the CPU socket? The thermal paste or the actual CPU because I didn't move that at all.- Yeno

Replaced thermal paste, fan won't start
Its the main exhaust fan that sits on the heatsink. It wasn't dead before I replaced the thermal paste though. Now when I try to power up it does one half-hearted spin and stops moving.- Yeno

I didn't unplug it but I did recheck to make sure it did not become unplugged after it wouldn't start.- Yeno

Mid to High End Gaming Rig - Help?
I would have to agree with Luay79 on the MOBO, RAM and HDD. Those are definitely areas where you can bring the cost down without compromising the performance. Also maybe I missed something but isn't the monitor's native resolution 1920X1080 not 1200?- Yeno

Best E-reader in Canada
The reason I was leaning away from tablets was the weight. There is a relatively significant weight difference that would likely be noticeable after longer periods of reading. Does anybody with a tablet find this is an issue?- Yeno

Need Advice Please
I would agree with these points, especially about the CPU because the OP has suggested a i7 2700k which is definitely overkill. I would say get the i5 2500k and put that money into the GPU.- Yeno

Opinion on new build
I have the exact same CPU and GPU and it is working great for me at 1680x1050. Obviously look around for deals for a stronger card but I can say that I have had no issues with my GTX 560 ti Twin Frozr II. I play BF3 on high with over 55 fps on the biggest multiplayer maps with 64 ppl for a...- Yeno

Odd question
It does not fell like anything is dislodged. I thought too maybe there was something I pressed but I have tried everything I can think of. Odd question
I had my phone in my hand and was holding it about 1-2 inches above my mouse when I dropped it directly on to the mouse wheel.
