    Dear Canuckers, I just installed Win 10 home on a machine. Problem is when I tried to install Mozilla on another partition there's a popup saying I don't have access. Any ideas on how to solve this or is it Microsoft getting heavy handed. Sincerely mleunm

    HTPC tries to start, shuts off, then tries 2 start again 2 seconds later.

    Could be a cpu issue. it could be overheating and shutting down, cooling and trying to start up again make sure the heatsink is sitting on the cpu properly and there is enough fresh paste on the cpu best of luck
