Are you buying new or used hardware in 2026?
Used, likely. Keeping an eye open for a M1ish Macbook Air or Pro. The ol' Dell G15 w/ 5800H + 3060 6GB is terrible in my use cases these days. And the 6GB GPU is mostly useless for the games I'd play. -

That is USD tho. Would be $700CAD. There is also no dust collection for some reason. The Festool domino patent expires in June. So I'm sure we'll see other brands have a similar making coming soon. Hopefully other companies start selling the actual domino tenons too. They are not cheap. -

Made some TPU feet for Mastercraft planer that I plan to sell. One of them was missing. Took like 10+ revisions. But they are much better than the originals. Fit way tighter. And the originals weren't even making good contact with the ground as the legs are angled. Mine do. TPU printed amazing...- lowfat

Had decided to make a Festool Domino clone (see 3d printing thread). Didn't do much research on the actual wood domino tenons you could purchase before hand. So I'm on KMS website, they listed 7mm width. Ok cool, that is pretty much exactly the same as 9/32. Freud sells a 9/32 straight cut... -

It is creamy root beer. And it was cold. It just tastes like warm beer. Like a skunky after taste, like you get with actual beer. I can't see how it made it into production. Just nasty. Cream Soda and grape are alright. Ginger Ale is a lot worse than Canada Dry Zero. -
