the thing i love about memexpress is when you email them (well at least the Richmond location) you get a reply within 30mins, cuz that email is actually getting sent to the manager of the shop, while ncix 1-2 days for a response, since ncix expanded about a year and a half ago their customer service has gone down a lot, its only good when you have a problem and make note of it on the forum or something or else it will never get dealt with.

Ya I agree, I stopped shopping there 6-8 months ago, ever since Linus' comments about Hard drives and his explanations or prices. Usually you comment here and Esther or someone comments back on the forums, she is like a PR for NCIX.

I have recently started using BEST DIRECT, also in BC, for my system parts. Much easier than price matching, their prices just are lower than N.Egg or NCIX. Memory Express is another of my new faves along with DirectCanada.

More like there sub companies. Also you'll notice when you use them to price match on ncix there instantly aproved cause of that fact.

I think DirectCanada's ment to be more like a e-tailer for small business pc companies to purchase parts from. Or at least thats what someone has sugested awhile back on 1 of the various forums out there.

Good for you my friend, I love promoting them, they are a good company with basic business plan. They care about quanity being sold than the profit margin per item. This will drive more traffic for them and bring more business!
