I find Crysis is way too overrated. I think a lot of people will find it quite disappointing to play a game very much similar to Far Cry. It just seems like another super-human, Patriotic, run and gun FPS.

I'm not a big gamer so that sounds like a lot of fun to me

I don't know if it's overrated or not, I just like what i see in the preview! and the graphic engine itself is worth giving the game a try.

I'd like to try hellgate london just to see what the original coders of Diablo II have come up with, but if I recall correctly it might be one of the DX10 only games.... :(

Legion reviews Supreme Commander retail version

Well it's here and it's every bit the resource pig that we've heard! A miserable 31 FPS with an 8800gtx?!?!?!

"Supreme Commander is the most demanding RTS (Real-Time Strategy) game every developed by a long shot and whether you love it or hate it, the concept is very different to most RTS games. For that I appreciate Supreme Commander and enjoy getting away from the typical type of RTS, despite enjoying them very much! Anyway, early last week I looked at the performance of seven graphics cards ranging from the GeForce 8800 GTX down to the 6600 GT; using a high-end Intel Core 2 Duo E6700 processor and 2GB’s of memory, the results were interesting.

In fact, the results were a little disappointing, as I expected this game to struggle on a GeForce 7600GT and then be as smooth as silk when using an ultra expensive GeForce 8800 GTX. While this did appear to be the case at first, playing a skirmish match for over 30 minutes really hurt the mid-range graphics cards and slowly brought the frame rates of the high-end cards down. We were surprised at how demanding the small two player map was and began to question how well a 4 or 8 player map would run.

Then we noticed SLI was not functioning in the demo, this was put down to the demo being roughly coded, as the performance was poor and SLI support was nonexistent. Gamers were reporting audio problems as well, causing all kinds of frustrating headaches. With the release date just a week away I wondered how the demo could be so dodgy if the full version game was to be flawless. Surely the full version could not be as demanding as the demo was, otherwise it would be unplayable even when using the low quality settings for many gamers. "

Well I picked Crysis and Allan Wake. The FPS type game suits me best although I did enjoy playing Starcraft and Age of Empires. Company of Heros is good for me too.

That Supreme Commander seems ok, I've only just played the demo for a few minutes to see if it was downloaded alright. I'll have to give it a good test from the reviews here.
