I have an HIS 4870 512mb and a Diamond 3870 512Mb card that I am going to be getting rid of soon.

I was just looking to see what everyone thinks they're worth. The 4870 has the typical reference model cooler, and the 3870 looks like so........

Well I sold a reference 4870 512MB for $100 plus shipping a few weeks back. Not sure they've dropped much since then.

Try your local craigslist/kijiji for a higher price.

The 4870 is around the same as the GTX260, so maybe ~140
The 3870 is around like the 9600GT, so around ~80

Just make sure you are selling to a person that knows nearly nothing about computers :)

Only $100? Wow. I was thinking more along the lines of $130 for the 4870. As for the 3870 I was thinking around $75. Is that unrealistic?

Well I had it at $130 for about 2 weeks on here and there was zero interest. Had offers of $100 including shipping but finally someone offered $100 plus shipping. Maybe my timing was just bad :blarg:

Problem is you can get new 4850 for $90. I know the 4870 is quite a bit faster, but it is used. Haven't been following new prices of the 4870, but a quick look on pricecanada and you can get one for $157.
