Came back to folding but noticed that FAH won't push my 980ti to boost clocks or the p0 state....it gets stuck at the P2 state limiting performance.
P2 State: core clock 1227Mhz
P0 State: core clock 1450 Mhz
Is this by design? Googling doesn't really come up with much
