1. What YOUR PC will be used for. That means what types of tasks you'll be performing.
It's only purpose will be gaming.

2. What YOUR budget is. A price range is acceptable as long as it's not more than a 20% spread
Around £1400 max, this would have to include everything including the monitor.

3. What country YOU will be buying YOUR parts from.
England

4. IF YOU have a brand preference.
I'm not loyal to any brand, i've always used Intel and Nvidia however.

5. If YOU intend on using any of YOUR current parts, and if so, what those parts are.
I have a watercooling loop on my old PC which I will reuse to cool the CPU, I won't cool the GPU initally but plan to do it in the future. This has a 360mm Rad.

6. IF YOU have searched and/or read similar threads.
Not looked at many threads.

7. IF YOU plan on overclocking or run the system at default speeds.
I'd like to overclock the CPU and the GPU if it needs it.

8. WHEN do you plan to build it?
in a couple of months.

9. What resolution and settings do you use?
1080

10. Are there any specific technologies you want?
No

I'd choose the Crucial MX300 instead of the WD Black SSD. Can't comment on the case but I like the Fractal Design C.

You can get away with a smaller video card. Your target of 60fps @ 1080P is within reach of the smaller 1050ti for most games. I reckon you're saving up for a big card and monitor for later?

Otherwise, sorry to say so, you don't pay for an i7 and slap a GTX 1060 on it and call it a gaming rig.

My thoughts:

It will definitely be a nice build, but there are some things I would change.

1. The EVGA G3 is probably a better PSU (not that there is anything wrong with the one you picked). Pretty much the same price

2. Case - I am not a fan of that case at all, but it is a personal choice

3. For minimal extra cost you can get this 525GB SSD:

otherwise save a bit and get this 275GB:

No issues from what I see, although you probably won't notice DDR4-3000 versus DDR4-2667 or DDR4-2400 in 1080P gaming on a dedicated GPU. That said you probably will take a performance hit if you drop all the way to DDR4-2133 or less.
Only get the DDR4-3000 memory if it happens to be on sale for the same price as a slower speed, otherwise don't be afraid to drop the speed of the RAM a bit to save money for something else like the monitor or accessories.

Also an EATX full tower will probably look a bit empty with an ATX motherboard, 1 GPU, and 1 3.5" hard drive, even after the water cooling stuff. (That said I used to made 450 gram fighting robots in high school so shoving electronics in and forcing the chassis shut with screws is normal to me. I currently have 4 2.5" hard drives, 1 3.5" hard drive, and a GTX 1080 hybrid cooled stuffed into an Antec P180 mini.)

From what I see with such budget, I'll go for GTX1070 or GTX1080. Maybe that's the price in the UK
