I finally received a call from my ISP and they want me to right down the times my internet disconnections and re connections. I am not sure how to do this 24/7 I am using a router Asus RT N16 with Tomato which has logging but not sure if I can use these logs .

I am on DSL reports using there smoke ping tool but not sure if that is going to be any use.
I really don't want to use the cmd promp and run the "ping -t "command 24 hrs lol

Those asshats can log into your modem and see this in their own logs. They are trying to get you to do all the work.

the are contracting from Shaw and Telus so they can charge less which is why they apparently can't do that.
