The only thing I think of is if Curve Optimizer and Curve Shaper have anything to do with it.
I know something strange happened when I was done the 50C and then the 60C test,I forgot to record the Watts or something I forget exactly what it was when doing the 50C test so I reset the bios back to 50C and for whatever reason not one core would go past 600mhz and I tried a reboot as well,I then loaded the Optimized defaults for the bios let it do Ram training then reboot into Windows and everything was back to normal then I reloaded the Curve's back into the bios and set it to 50C and did that test again with no problems.
It's funny that it didn't make anything run funny the first time and then do the 60C test and when I go to run the 50C a second time it throws a fit.
