MLID posted some leaks / rumors of RDNA5. His video on Aug 26 focused on the lower tier models code name AT3 and AT4. Ignoring the APUs in the slide below, he's confident that AT3 and AT4 are using cheaper LPDDR5 or LPDDR6 instead of the latest GDDR7. This would allow AMD to put a lot of memory on the GPU at a lower cost. The bandwidth problem would be addressed by larger on chip cache.

As for the bigger RDNA 5, they would use GDDR7 and looks like the 3GB / chip model instead of 2GB / chip. Looking at the chart, I don't know what CGVDI is referring to but it got a max 128GB and 96GB model. Since they have passive thermal solution and SRIOV, I think these are data center cards. Looking at the AL/ML models, AT0 gets 72GB while AT2 gets 48GB. I suspect these will be Radeon Pro cards.

Now, MLID rumors are different from Kepler's leak as the Compute Units don't line up between the two. Videocardz's article (referencing Kepler's leak), the details are a lot thinner. Who knows which one is right since nothing is taped out yet apparently.
