Yes the frequency curve editor in Afterburner. Spent last night and this morning finding sweet spots for clocks. Every step was 15MHz lower than its actual boost clock as the card seems to boost 15MHz higher than set causing a crash.

But heres the problem. I didn't overclock the memory first. Increasing memory by 500MHz had a huge impact on power draw. So now I hit power limit WAY before, so my clocks are considerably power than set curve. :(
