I decided to share my experience with my ANDROID tv box after one day of meddling with it.
On the box says OTT as the brand that is building it, but from what I have seen online the base board is the same, with the same USB ports and HDMI/av out/analog audio out/ 5V power input and memory card slots, full SD and something larger but thinner as well and different manufacturers slap their name on it and eventually work the case out a bit. This MXR Pro is a matte black on top and bottom and a piano black on the sides, which sides are nicely rounded as well.

The box is listed as having a 2GHz quad core Rockwell 3318 chip, 4GB of RAM, a usb 3.0 port, RJ45 port, 3 USB 2.0 ports, wifi and Bluetooth built in. Oreo 7.1.2 runs almost stock and the bootloader is locked.
I was nicely impressed that my RF wireless mouse and keyboard worked from the first start of the box. Not so nicely impressed with the very short power cord which is like 50 cm, nor with the super slow download speeds from the App store. It wasn't till I ran passmark test tonight that showed me that the internal memory can only score 13MB/s read and 16 MB/s write. My 2TB Seagate external HDD was seen from the first boot and all the apps were capable of accessing it and read the media from it. The things that irked me the most were the absence of a task manager and quick access to the volume. I discovered that they were both hiding on the system bar that you need to drag up from the bottom. The task manager is the square in the bar, while the home button is the circle. The restart option is in Settings-About! It went once in the service menu and it wouldn't get out of there not even power cycling it. I had to disconnect the HDMI cable and this time it worked. It has settings for changing the picture mode of the display, Sharp, Warm, Cold, Normal, in case your TV doesn't. You can install everything you want from the Play store, but not everything will work, usually is more like system apps, for example the Nova loader didn't work, despite not requiring unlocked bootloader, as it works fine on my X-PLAY. You don't need to worry about the RAM space as you can see, a comfortable 2.5GBof RAM is available. But this is a far cry from the snappy speeds I am used to, coming from a SSD and windows. Performing ahard reset is done by pushing a tooth pick in the AV hole. For the moment this is all, if you have any questions please let me know, for the moment this is my main system.
