just curious...any reason you chose it over Outlook?
The "New" Outlook in MS Store is the eventual only option I believe. They've been trying to push people off the "old" Outlook as I presume it'll eventually be killed off. They are definitely not like-for-like feature wise though. Is there a free version of Outlook that competes with it? I bought an Office Pro licence for 2016 version and use Outlook through that, but if I didn't want to give them my money again Thunderbird would be the email program of choice.
Im confused. Is this in reply to the question in the first post?![]()
It was a joke because I thought you repeated the same thing twice. Hence the laughing emoji. But in hindsight I see that my comprehension of the text was the joke.I'm confused by your confusion..... my answer was "yes", to the question, "anybody here use Thunderbird as their email client?", in the thread title, and "don't know, since I haven't used Outlook in YEARS", to the question, "any reason you chose it over Outlook?", in the 1st post..... hope that cleared it up.![]()
Hotmail stoped working a few weeks ago, so I've been considerating moving to Thunderbird. They've been trying to push people off the "old" Outlook
