Order a Framework Desktop with AMD Ryzen™ AI Max 300
Framework Desktop: A simple, quiet, mini PC with performance far beyond its size, powered by a highly-integrated processor from AMD.
I'd like too, but I'm not made of money.
A Mac Mini with more than 32GB is expensive af. 64GB being about the same as a 128GB Framework. As much as I respect Framework and their mission, this is way too overpriced. At this point might as well get a used Mac m2/m3 based with just as much (shared) memory.
it's all about the CPU and getting it in a platform that won't have TDP limits like it does have in laptops.Wasn't the whole point of Framework to develop upgradeable laptops with replaceable parts? Doesn't a custom built PC achieve exactly that already? Plenty of ITX chassis that would match the size of this, with infinite performance options.
Just don't see the point.
Keyword was "used". I doubt it will be as expensive as 128GB Framework.A Mac Mini with more than 32GB is expensive af. 64GB being about the same as a 128GB Framework.
You won't be able to find one used as they didn't exist before the M4 Mac Mini Pro.Keyword was "used". I doubt it will be as expensive as 128GB Framework.
