No you can not overclock it.
It's a notebook, and an HP. There is no way to overclock it, there might be some software that can, but i would highly recommend not using it.
well my simpleton apu e350 plays cod4 at very happy fps and it does black-ops on low setting just fine but if your want crysis on it good luck your going to need it casue it's never going to happen on even the second gen apu's
then whats teh point of your oc wanting if it plays games there's not much point on overclocking the chipi plat cod 4 at 250 fps
