due to the weight I would serious consider an articulating wall mount...perhaps one that is height adjustable. a solid brand with decent pricing is Amer mounts...though when you start getting into the higher weight brackets the price starts to scale steeply.

edit - for stand / edge or grommet clamping monitor stands. at 43" you're pretty much TV sizing so the desk based mounts will be quite limited. if your setup is unlikely to change any time soon, then going with a fixed wall mount makes the most sense. :)
