asrock 4CoreDual-SATA2

Mine is the sata 1 model and I still have it.
20 pin main power connector, AGP - PCIe, DDR - DDR2, two IDE connectors ...

Nice mobo to keep around ... very flexible.

fair enough, but the price has to denote a lack of something.. i'm guessing durability.

Plus, my PC completely locks up sometimes (bout once a month, my pc is on 24/7)

I was running mine with a e4300 set to 266 FSB @ 2.4Ghz, 2GB DDR2 667 ram, X1950 Pro AGP and a 500GB WD sata 2 jumpered to run at sata1.

Never had issues except at stock. It would not warm boot most of the time. Once it was overclocked, it was solid.

I have the 775Dual-VSTA..an older version of your board, and it runs my 9800GTX+(and E6600) no problems. I mostly use it for Folding... so the PCIe x4 isn't really an issue.
It's not awesome though.

3DMark 03 - 31302 .....Only 3DMark i have on the ORB right now(and that was w/my PD 915 and my 9800@stock clocks). I'm on this machine now & Folding, as my main rig is in the basement doing Forum Wars duty.

Edit:@MrGruntsworthy: No durability problems whatsoever. I like the board so much, i built my daughter a PC for university this summer, with the SATA 2 board (w/E2160) that the you have. My board is stable as a rock. Had my E6600 o/c to 2674(9x297) for nearly a year.. with nary a problem. It's weird, in that... it's Prime/TAT/OCCT/ORTHOS..etc. stable @ 297FSB, yet it won't even POST@ 298..and that's my only complaint...other than only 2 SATA ports. :blarg:

Well, unfortunately for this board, when I throw together my new gaming rig, i'll have no use for this board (for now). I'm chucking together a cheap htpc with the processor, RAM and the like, but I need to get a microATX board to fit in an antec minuet case.
