Asus P5N-MX no display/post

Hello guys, im very sry if i post in wrong category.
I need your help.

My Asus P5N-MX dont display anything, i dont hear beeps so i cant diagnose problem.
Disconected all components,clear CMOS, press power button, fans spins,LED turn on but no display or beeps.

Processor: Intel E6750
Processr 2: Intel Celeron 430

Strange thing happened when i changed processor to 430,i got display and beeps. After restarting no display or beeps.

I think that BIOS have some connection to this problem?

I see that E6750 is listed on support list of motherboard with bios 0202 with 430 same bios version

430 LGA775
E6750 PLGA775 Core 2 Duo E6750 (2.66GHz,1333FSB,L2:4MB,rev.G0)

look for any any bent pins in cpu socket

also look at caps on motherboard if bulging

with asus update get current bios P5N-MX BIOS 0903
Support new CPUs

No bent pins(i allways take care of that)
All caps are in great condition.
No dust over motherboard.

I dont know what else could be,il try again to turn on and update bios.

or something is shorting out ..... remove MB

Start with process of elimination. Remove the motherboard from the chassis, and attempt to POST it. Do this on something that doesn't emit static electricity. Check the CMOS/RTC battery. $2 for a new battery solves a lot of BIOS issues with a motherboard. If it still doesn't POST, then we have another Intel/NVIDIA based motherboard that has bit the dust.

Dead battery or a short would be my guess.

I always look first to reseat the memory if there is no display or POST. Second would be the video adapter.

You check the psu? Ive had similar issues when one of the rails decides to arbitrarily go kaput.
