Asus TUF FX505DU Overheating and Thermal throttling

Hey so i bought a laptop for down time at work and it's overheating

Specs are :
Ryzen 7 3750H
1x 16GB DDR4-2666 ( waiting to install new ram 2x 8GB DDR4-3200 )
GTX 1660TI 6GB Dedicated
512GB NVME.

so what i did after i bought it was repaste the poor guy, dropped around 5 degres, was reaching over 100 degres on full load, currently between 85 to 95 depending on the games..

is there any tricks i can do before i remove the cover again and dremel some intake holes near the fans ?
