Hey guys, I have an issue with a broken DDC.

When you plug it in, you can hear a small electric feedback noise (quiet whirr/squeal) for about a second and then it stops. It does that every time I plug it it in.

Does anyone have any kind of idea what is going on with my pump?

Did it work before it was it this way when you bought it? You would likely have to pull the PCB out to see what there is for damage. Nothing really can go wrong w/ the pump besides something frying on the PCB.

It worked for several months before until it just stopped working one day.

I haven't had the chance to check the PCB yet. I didn't really suspect the PCB at fault at first because I thought the electrical noise would imply the PCB was working.

If it is indeed the PCB, do you know where I can source a replacement?

You can try to send a message to DIYINHK to see if they still sell them. They aren't stock replacements but they do work on DDC3s. Although they turbocharge the pump making them 65% faster so I'd highly suggest a way to cool the bottom of the pump and a way to slow them.

What DDC do you have?

The pump is a blue top, and I think it was ddc 3.3

EDIT: nvm, it's actually a ddc 3.3
