I can't get these FSX800D2C-K2G to boot past 375mhz FSB @ 5-5-5 no matter what settings I try. I've upped the ram voltage to as high as 2.4 and the CPU voltage to 1.440 with no success. My monitor just flashes until I power down and reboot to the overclock failed screen. I've tried to set my multiplier to 6X and still can't boot at DDR2 800. I keep my sticks in the black dimms but have also tried the yellow ones to no effect. I can boot up fine @ 375 4-4-4-12 2.1V and the CPU @ 8X 1.3250V without a problem and is stable. Anyone have any thoughts?

Do you know for a fact that your cpu can boot past 375 FSB?

What about the board?

I'd be looking at those two before thinking that it's the memory.

I was thinking the same thing. I'd be happy if I knew it was the E4300 CPU thats the limitation. I'll probably pop in a quad core next year anyway when prices come down further. And the board gets good reviews as far as I know. This fellow broke 600fsb with the same board. Is there any way to know for certain if it's the chip causing the problem without having access to other parts?
