Tape + cable ties are you friends. Also if you are handy with a hole-saw/dremel that can definately help a lot. Hide as much as possible behind the motherboard tray. I'll try to post some pics of some of the systems I have done when I get home.

Man- after seeing those pics, I think I'll tear into my case again tommorrow- those are stunning.
Probably not of the exact same build. Might have some older watercooled ones...I'll see if i can find any when i get home from work.
