Yeah- I wonder if there is a Canadian record book- we do have our own sandra and 3dmark 06 rankings, but perhaps we should nominate ourselves to be the 'keepers of the refcords" hehe

For PI as far as I know it is 3oh6. In general the Canadian extreme benching scene is really slack right now compared to the A64 hay day. His 1M and 32M times:

32M - 10m17.531s - 3oh6 - E6600 @ 4833Mhz
1M - 10.421s - 3oh6 - E6600 @ 4833Mhz

Not sure for 3d, maybe its still the benches gocchin did a year ago.. Can u search by country thru orb?

If we were able to get such a thing to take off here, it would take a fair amount of vigilance to maintain the integrity, accuracy and up-to-datedness of the list. It could be simplified by limiting it to a top twenty or something, but this might reduce the popularity of the list- i mean, it would be fun for the average person to see where they stand....any ideas on how we could establish it?

hehe yeah, i am a rookie around here but not when it comes to overclocking and benching...although there is always something to learn, thats what makes benching so much fun.

and don't feel to bad...that 100K score was about my 10th game or so after discovering the arcade section here, i got really lucky and haven't come close since ;)

Maybe TOP15 or TOP10 for each category and for example:

TIME| NICK NAME | CPU | MOBO | MEM | ORB or HWBOT link

7'47.078 - hausner - E6600 (8 x 375), Gigabyte (965P) DS3, mem @ 468MHz 4-4-4-4 (dual DDR2) | SCREEN (i know bad time - just for example :bleh:)

For 3dmarks :

SCORE| NICK NAME | CPU | GPU | MOBO | MEM | ORB or HWBOT link

what do you think about that?

That looks great- Collecting the data going to take some legwork and some help from people who know who the Canadians are in the upper echelon of the overclocking world...
