Locally??? You go to ANY local places for computer stuff??? ROFL!!!!! I don't. Ever. I get stuff from NCIX or DC 99% of the time. I never patronize any local places - their price markup is atrocious. A cable I wanted at NCIX cost $6 - locally at Radio Shack (or whatever it's called now) it was $23!!!!!!!!!!!! That's why most of the "local" places went out of business - ridiculous prices!!!!!!!

GreenLyph and apparently MysteryByte are pretty good Halifax vendors with competative prices- I used to deal with GreenLyph when i lived in the city of lakes.

Yeah, when I say locally I mean the smaller retailers.

Like already mentioned, greenlyph & mysterybyte are pretty good. Robotnic often has the best prices locally, but they're way the hell out at bayers lake.

Well, they're all, to me, "way the hell out" in Halifax LOL where I have to pay to park, etc., etc. I hate shopping in Halifax except in summer when I don't mind parking and walking. I've never been to either of those stores. Didn't know they even existed, actually, until about a month ago.

Mysterybyte is off of the rotary so you wouldn't have to pay for parking.

I prefer to buy locally if I can, as I don't have to worry about RMA, I just walk in and pick it up when the replacement comes in.
