Seems like a good board so far, plus I like how it looks better than the Crosshair. :)

My only real complaints so far are the 2 port audio on the back, and skimpy fan controls. There's no option to tie case fan headers to gpu temps so I had to resort to my trusty Corsair Commander Pro to get improved airflow when the GPU is working hard.

This is what I use for fans now.

Way better than any mobo built solution I have found. And good to hear about that board, you are talking about the Asus Strix X870E-E right? Cause I have one coming on Friday.

Yes the X870E-E.

I came across references to that software over the last few days, but if I'm reading right the X870 chipset might not be incorporated yet.

Well unless things go horribly wrong (completely possible the way things are going) I'll be redoing things with that board this weekend and will see what it picks up.

I spoke too soon on this..... there was an update to armoury crate yesterday and now I'm seeing the option to tie case fan headers to GPU (showing both GPU temp and Hotspot as options). Not sure if its new or if it was always there and I just didn't see it.
