Cables could be much better. Put off any other stuff till you get a decent CPU cooler -- will make it look much better as well as run cooler.
I'm not sure they could be much better. I've just did another tidy job on the cable and this is about as good as I can do, but if you have suggestions feel free. I'm only really concerned with them blocking airflow (which they don't). Looks don't matter much to me since the side panel is always on. I think this is a bit better though. Hard to really tidy the power cables for 4 case fans, 3 HDD's, 3 DVD's, and 4 PCI-E power cables. Along with all the other little things that have wires too.

Better? I used some tubing to hide the front panel wires and the DVD drive SATA cables better.
As for a CPU fan, I've decided I'm going to try and get a Noctua NH-U12P with two fans. However, these seem to be out of stock in most places or they charge CRAZY shipping prices.
Any other suggestions?
