Case USB Port

Hello, I'm using a Phanteks Enthoo Pro M case and the front top USB port is not working. I tried unplugging and re-plugging the cables, but still no luck. Do you think it's dead? Any suggestions?

Contact Phanteks support. They will send you new USB Headers. They have great customer support
