Cellphone Repair in GVR???

Hey HWC,

Does anyone know of a place at repairs cell phone in the Greater Vancouver Region? My brother recently bricked his Nokia X7 while flashing a firmware.

While I can't answer your question I just wanted to see if you knew you were looking for someone that can JTAG flash it. There are not many people around, but I would check KIJIJI if I were you. That was the ONLY place I found someone that can JTAG a phone here in Ontario.

I don't know if ittl work with that phone or not, but when i bricked mine i just ordered a jig

MobileTechVideos.COM although by the looks of it they're only for samsung galaxy's, basically it forces the phone into download mode regardless of what happened mine was stuck in android recovery mode because the cable got dis connected during a firmware install
