Cheap Build, decent parts or no?

What does anyone think of getting these for a cheap build?

149.99 seems like a good price? Anyone had this mobo or case before?

that looks pretty good. If you aren't shy to overclock, try the amd 5000+ Black edition. I just put one in my computer and i will try overclocking for the first time. By the sounds of it, it is pretty simple to get them going 2.8-2.9 ghz without having to increase voltage. not bad for a few more dollars (but you have to buy a heatsink too).

i am happy with my antec sonata case, i would like one of those designer cases, but they all come with power supplies, which i already had. It seems like a really good deal for a nice hd-ready am2+ board and a good case with psu.
