I usually wait till the cooler weather arrives to add more hardware but with the CC just around the corner I decided to put my overtime to good use and picked up some goodies...

I foresee a build on a motherboard box. Why bother with the DVD writer? :)

You forsaw correctly, unfortunately I had a momentary brain freeze and forgot the all important aftermarket heatsink, it will be Folding by the challenge though.

As for the DVD writer besides installing the OS, habit...

That's what I meant, it will be used once. :biggrin: My next client build, I'm going to try to install Windoze from a USB key for fun. It's supposed to be much faster. I'll still be putting a writer in, though.
