I want you to tell me your opinion about them

My main goal is the large spaces and extra options in custom watercooling and the fan choices you can put in and the box to have a very good overflow and to be modular

Neither of those choices. Consider something like the Fractal R6 or the Meshify C.

If you're actually looking for large space and custom water-cooling, all those cases are reasonable options (some of your links are broken). They are really big though so be aware of that. There are a few build logs and galleries on here that show how things look in some of those cases. Personally I like the 1000D and Enthoo Elite of the four you picked.

Dark Knight's suggestions of the R6 and Meshify C are great case choices but they are certainly not large if that is what you really need or want. The Meshify C is one I really like, but it isn't large for a custom water-cooling setup, particularly if you want more than one large rad and have long GPUs. You could certainly do a custom loop in it, but it would be cramped I think if the build was large.

I like the phantek cases because they use screws and not rivets. This means you can take apart every piece of this case and modify it if needed. I've just completed my second build in one of their cases and I couldn't be more impressed.

Of those listed I liked the Phantek and Obsidian. Used both, like both.
BUT do you really, really.... really want to spend that kind of coin on a case? If you like Phantek (and really beyond the price there is not much to not like) why not look at the Luxe tempered glass version and see if it offers everything you need. 2 bills vs 12 bills. Its a really nice case that I used in a lot of PC builds. Have two monster builds here that use it.

YMMV

Thermaltake X9 is like 200$ RSP
This case has more than enough rad locations / etc for any water build no mater how big.
Its square and fairly sizable but for 200$ range its hard to beat on features etc

Are you water or air cooling and how much space do you need? Your budget?

I have found the Corsair 900D (similar to the 1000) is awesome ....but for WC....for Air Cooling I wouldnt buy this case (not needed).....havent looked in awhile as my Corsair is going on 5 yrs and likely wont be replacing it anytime soon but I used to like and use Silverstone cases......

If you want a more detailed breakdown or suggestions, I'd suggest posting what hardware you're planning on putting in there. Wanting a big premium case is one thing, but if all you're running is a ZXXX with an i5 or i7, single GPU and a couple HDDs, you can cut down significantly from that in both price and size.

Might want to clarify on what you mean by 'be modular' as well. That's a pretty wide term. Most cases have a few removable parts, either HDD cages, or possibly bays, but there are very few 'truly' modular cases available.

Corsair Obsidian 1000D is a better choice. The term modular is broadband term. Maybe you could be more specific of your design.
