I dont know which chipset to go with for my Q6700 2G 5-5-5-15 OCZ and 2x XFX 8800 GT 512.
Cards are on order as well as CPU, time for an update.
3 Choices are Intel's P35 , X38 or Nvidia's 680i.
What about having PCI-e 2.0 as an option, would that not help with the new 8800 GT's for single card use?
Im just not sure if I should go SLI or not, I have the option just not sure for the money if its worth it.
When I look at most games its not much faster than a single card and in some cases at higher res looks like 30% performance increase.
Any feedback from SLI users in here, what do you think?, is it worth it?

x38 does not support SLI

you would have to get the p35, 680i or wait for 780i if you want pci-e2
