No the HDD drive is in the 2nd Sata port, the SSD one is in the first and the disk drive is in the 3rd sata port, I was in BIOS and there was an overclock genie that does it automatically. Even in BIOS it didn't recognize the HDD however.
Yeah I tried hooking it up with another sata cord, still nothing. Tried it through my other PC, still nothing. I think the actaul HHD may be damaged. I'm sending it back. Thank you however for all your earlier help and having patience with me.
