As I have said in other threads on this forum I'm wanting to do a new build with a Ryzen 9 9900X when they release and use a Thermalright Frost Commander cooler.

The Tower I'm going to use is a Phanteks Enthoo Pro 2 case and I was wondering what fan's would you guys suggest I use for the fans that you can put on the top of the case,I have never used a tower before that use's fans on the op like that and I'm also assuming because heat rise's I would also want those fans blowing the air out of the Tower as well.

In that case, I'd be opting for the 140mm fan options for the front and the top. You aren't running radiators, and the manufacturer claims their dust filtering is high-airflow, so you don't require high static pressure fans, so I'd be looking for decently quiet high airflow fans. And of course at a decent price.

As for brand, there are lots of good ones, and you can find some good fan threads already posted on here I believe. I currently have Corsair fans in my case, and Noctua ones on my tower cooler. Both do the job fine, but neither are the best budget option most of the time.

Phanteks has their own line of fans of course: https://phanteks.com/product/m25-140-black-d-rgb/#Product_Select

Seems that case doesn't include fans. Boo on Phanteks for that. But their own fans may be a good option for you.

I have my fans setup for front airflow into the case, and rear and top venting out. Works well in my Meshify C.

Honestly, lots of us on here likely have preferred brands, but any decent brand fan you buy is going to do the job and move air. Better brands would get you better longevity and perhaps less noise.

I looked at those fans and I was looking to get something around 1200rpm or so just because I'm planning on using a Thermalright Frost Commander and I just want to vent some of the air out of the top of the tower.

I will be running the fans at full speed a lot of the time and I would rather not have 1800rpm fans unless it's a must just t help keep the noise down.

I'm also planning on cutting the section with the punched out holes in the rear of the case where the rear fan mounts to help reduce the restriction for the fan.
